- Sosialisasi Kesehatan: Memberikan edukasi terkait penyakit menular dan tidak menular.
- Program Pengabdian Masyarakat Terpadu (PPMT): Menghimpun pelayanan lintas sektor untuk daerah pelosok.

Is the AI allowed to make decisions on my behalf?
Only when you explicitly consent, on a per-action basis. Every AI-assisted decision is logged to the public decision log, and you have 30 days to appeal for a human review with no friction.

Your data is end-to-end encrypted and portable. You can export, delete, or transfer it at any time. We never sell data, and every internal access is logged in an audit trail you can read.

I don’t speak the national language well — can I still use this?
Yes. The Civic Assistant works in 74 languages including plain-language mode. All legal documents are available in your language of choice.

What if a service fails?
Every request has a guaranteed human escalation path within one business day. If we miss a service-level commitment, you get automatic fee credits — no form required.

How is this funded?
Through the existing public services budget. Transition savings are documented in the public dashboard. Core services remain free to all residents.
